Our initial project, titled Drum Run Adventure Tour, was a 2.5 month fundraising campaign throughout B.C. held in partnership with the BC Children's Hospital Foundation (BCCHF). Drum Run launched on September 10th, 2023, where our society's founder Lyle Povah, facilitated community drum circles in over 20 cities along the route of his epic 1500 km run to raise funds for the Child Life Department at BCCH. The Drum Run Tour ended on November 18th, 2023. 

Now moving into 2024, the Rhythm of Life Society continues to raise funds for BCCHF by focusing on supporting community health locally, with interactive drum circles and fitness events for anyone and everyone to participate within the Metro Vancouver area.

Beginning in April 2024, in partnership with Westbank Corporation and Westguard Security the ROLS team brings back the rhythm of life to Vancouver with monthly Community Drum Circles open for all ages and abilities held at the Woodward's Atrium in Vancouver. Learn more in our press release:
